Sign in to see the tickets you raised. Enter your email address and we send you a one-time sign-in link, or use account sign-in if this portal offers it.
Settings on this page
- Your email
- Type the address you used when you contacted us. It has to be a single, valid email address, and the form will not send until you fill it in.
- Send me a link
- Sends a one-time sign-in link to that address. This portal never asks you for a password of its own: opening the link in the email is what signs you in.
- Sign in with your account
- Appears only when account sign-in is switched on for this portal. It hands you over to your usual sign-in and brings you back here afterwards.
- EN / DE
- Switches the page between English and German. The choice is kept in your browser and follows you around the portal.
- Light / Dark
- Switches between the light and the dark look. It is stored in this browser only and changes nothing about your tickets.
Reading the results
- Any valid address leads to the same 'Check your email' page, which says a link is on its way if that address has tickets with us. It is not a confirmation that we know the address.
- A sign-in link works once and stops working 15 minutes after it was sent. If yours no longer works, come back here and ask for a new one.
- A red message above the form means the sign-in did not go through: the link was already used or has expired, the account sign-in failed, or the address you typed was not usable.
- The link in the email always takes you to the list of tickets you raised. Account sign-in brings you back to the page you were heading for, or to that same list.
- If you are already signed in, this page does not ask again; it takes you straight to your ticket list.
- Asking for many links in a short time gets you a 'Request refused' page. Nothing is wrong with your address: wait a moment and try again.
